Who is this plan for ?
This plan is taillored for beginner and intermetidate armwrestler. It is designed to help you build a base, with a focus on the hook. It can be used by more advanced trainee, however i recomand buying a custom plan.
How long is the plan ? How many times per week should i train ? How long are each training session ?
The plan last 4 weeks, however it is repetable. You will train 3 times per week, with each session lasting 2 hours.
What equipment do i need ? Can i do this program in a commercial gym ?
You will need at minimun a martial arts belt. The program uses a pulley system, attached to an armwrestling tables, however i included variation, if you want to run it in a commercial gym.
What should i do if i do not understand or can’t do an exercice ?
I did some video demonstrating and explaining each exercices. If you can’t do an exercice due to injury or lack of equipment, i also included exercice to replace it.
